There are other DiMeras out there that are alive like Theo who we know is returning SORASed to be a teenager, then there is Sami's 2 children with EJ her son Johnny DiMera (Giovanni) and her daughter with EJ, Sydney DiMera
How about Benjy, Stefano's other son the deaf son Stefano had the one who was tight with Steve and Kayla? Benjy he was married before he died and Benjy and his wife they had a son, Steven Hawk, Steven he is Stefano's grandson
Then there's Stefano's other son Peter Blake DiMera, Kristen's brother Peter we know he was left to rot in prison but for all we know Peter he could be out of prison by now Peter could have children of his own out there and they would be DiMeras
