This was a very unexpected and well acted scene. I think it was a stroke of genius to have Quinn helping Carly without knowing it was her. Then, little by little, he gets to hear Carly's side of the story about Lawrence, and he realizes that she's not the monster his mother says she is.
I really liked how Carly talked about her son Nicholas and how much pain she is in over losing him. And the way Quinn gently peppered her with questions really worked for these scenes.
What did you think?

I agree, I thought it was a nice touch, and a little more insight into Quinn's character.
I think he feels that revenge can be justified if the person deserves it. But, once he learns about a person, he realizes that there are two sides, and the revenge doesn't fit the crime.

I just loved the way Quinn is the one to help Carly. LOL when Viv came in and nearly found out that it was Carly in the bed. I really think this is going to be fun to watch unfold.

I wish I could see these scenes. I don't mind Carly for the most part and think it would be fun to see what he does and says to Vivian when he realizes...

I haven't seen the scenes yet, but I'm hoping and praying that we don't have to endure another storyline where Carly falls in love with someone who "saved" her.

^^I don't think Quinn's physique or good looks was lost on Carly. Even in her post-high state, she seemed to notice. Be hard to miss with him walking around half the episode shirtless. But she did tell him that she makes really bad choices and her relationships never end well. Maybe he will sign her up for his stable. Then again, nah.

I actually enjoyed the scenes a lot. It was certainly an interesting way for Quinn to learn Carly's side of the story. I wonder if she will find out that he is Vivian's son. Now that would be very interesting.

Quinn is about the same age as Philip...I am not sure they would go there with Carly.
I like Quinn..since day one...and I knew he would have layers.
My mom always tells me I should just stop watching soaps since I always can predict what is going to happen and I always know where they are going with characters. But I find it fun knowing...I like to be proven right. I think like a writer, so I know what characters are fun to write for and which are not.
