I agree with kpatch and karebr. I like many of the characters but not many of the current storylines. Ari Zucker is awesome. I always find myself rooting for Nicole. I love Chloe/Nadia but hate her storyline. I am all about Team Kiriakis. I like Sonny and am enjoying more Justin and Adrienne. I like Bo and Hope when they aren't cops or with Ciara.
@karebr - You and I are in the minority on that character I'm sure.

^^ @fluffy and karebr, don't be so sure that you are in the minority. The only thing that made Melanie tolerable was Philip. Without him, she's nothing. I have always lopved the Kiriakis family...so glad they are getting some good story going. Really all Days would have to do to keep me as a happy viewer is to keep the K family stories and bring back Philip. It is not right without him. The Dimeras have EJ and Chad...the Kiriakis family should have Brady and Philip. It is about balance. Amen to that! |

I like the fact that Carly is getting a mostly interesting storyline before she leaves Salem. Others haven't been so lucky.

Love my girl Mel! LOL She is a brat, but so am I. So I can relate. She is the reason I didn't stop watching Days in 2008.

That's hard for me to answer....it's more of the feeling of the show that I am pleased with lately.....they seem to be veering away from the dark, awful theme they have been presenting for quite some time now.....I know there will be an end to the Chloe forced prostitution s/l, EJ isn't violently torturing a woman (although tomorrow he manhandles Melanie), Sami is not being tortured or humiliated by a man, or by Salem in general, Hope is not being treated with hatred by Bo as he has sex with another woman, Nicole is not being treated like trash and looked down upon by the whole town because of the things that happened to her in her childhood, the graphic beatings have lessened, the hatred and violence is letting up, and so on and so on and so on.......
So my answer is my current FAVORITE thing on the show right now, are the good feelings and better attitudes, especially towards women, that have come about and are continuing to surface....lets just hope they take root and flourish....!!!!
