How do you like "Stolen Lives" so far? What improvements do you think I could do for my story?
1-3 = Bad
4-6 = Average
7-9 = Good/Decent
10 = Awesome

Your writing is fabulous sevenna92. For me, personally, I have a hard time getting into fanfics when there are a lot of made-up characters or characters that have never appeared on Days. That may be just me. |

Awww, thanks, Kpatch! I understand how it might be difficult to get into original characters but if they're well written and compelling enough, they can be just as good as the actual characters. That's just me of course. |

I also like your story a lot sevenna92. I'm a bit behind. It would be easier for me to keep up if it was posted on a more regular schedule. Anyway, I enjoy your version of Theresa a lot. I find the magical/fantasy element a bit confusing. But that may be me. I didn't like the MarDevil story on the real show for that reason . |

Yeah, I apologize for not posting regularly, heroicmuse. My life's just been so hectic lately and now with school starting it's going to be almost impossible to write. I'll have to wait until Christmas break to start again. But hopefully the new writing on the show will inspire me enough to be motivated since so far it's going well. Lord knows I need it. I'm also flattered that you like my portrayal of Theresa. I do try my best to balance Theresa's street-smart, loud-mouthed, and feisty side with her more vulnerable, soft side, and it does appear to be working. She definitely needs more depth on the show and I'm hoping it will eventually happen. Maybe I might actually become a full-fledged Thrady fan again too while I'm at it. There's actually a good chance that Theresa/Brady could be endgame in my series, but not without a LOT of obstacles. And I'm not just talking about potential love interests competing with Theresa & Brady. I'll understand if Thrady's not your cup of tea, but I can't seem to walk away from them every time I try. I seriously go back and forth between them. I guess they're too much to resist. I've decided to make the whole fantasy/sci-fi stuff part of the secondary storylines because I know not everybody, especially in soap fandom, likes that type of stuff and I'll also balance it out with more realistic storylines. I'll try my best not to make it too much. It's actually kind of funny because I think if I had been old enough to actually enjoy JER's stuff, I might have been a fan, especially since I love sci-fi and fantasy. It's cool. And besides Days already has that stuff in place so I thought it would be easier to include that stuff. I'm trying to make as many varied storylines as much as possible for everyone to enjoy. |

That's just me of course. See, when I read fanfics, I want it to be about characters I know and to take them to places that the show should have, but didn't. New characters are fine, but I prefer them to be minor characters. I prefer original characters in mainstream fiction rather than fan fiction. My two cents. |
