Abby is pregnant but apparently the baby is Ben's but we all know that in all likelihood that Chad is the baby's father and that Clyde got to the lab tech but there is no way of proving that because Clyde probably will make sure of that

Well Ben hates Chad and Chad hates Ben so the feeling is mutual on both sides but at the same time since Ben he knows that Abby is pregnant or that Abby is about to tell him then why hasn't Abby told Chad yet that she is pregnant? Why take so long to tell him? Chad if he were to find out he would probably put 2 and 2 together and he would want to take a DNA test but Abby I am sure she would tell Chad that there is no point especially when she had the test run and it proved that the baby is Ben's but that is only because Clyde made it so
