Should Theresa lose custody of Tate and have Brady be the parent with the sole custody of their son? And if so, should Theresa get visitation or not?

Teresa hasn't done anything to warrant losing custody of Tate, so I would say no. There are a lot of people out there who have children but don't deserve to be parents. She stinks as a mother, but she also stinks as a human being.

If Theresa's going to continue to stink as a mother, then I hope the writers/show don't plan to give her any more kids. I think it's actually best if Theresa got sterilized and I hope the new writers have her undergo that type of storyline.

That's kind of a double edged sword there. I don't think that Theresa should lose ALL access to Tate. I think her access should be limited and without a doubt supervised. However, I do think that she should lose her ability to make the decisions about Tate's care and day to day life. This latest stunt just proves that she truly doesn't have his best interest at heart.

I think Theresa should take some parenting classes as a condition of her continued access to Tate, with visitation until she completes them. And someone checking that she really goes.

heroicmuse I also think Theresa needs to have court ordered psychiatric sessions too so she can finally have her head examined and figure out what's wrong with her. And maybe hopefully she can be helped.

I said no, but she isn't going to win Mother of the year.

stickywicket I don't think anybody in Salem is going to win Mother of the Year at this point.

Theresa has already proven that she has no business being a mother much less even being in her own son Tate's life, Tate is nothing more than a means to an end for his mother
