After a recent fan event in Montreal, it has been rumored that Daniel Cosgrove has taped his last scenes and is on his way out. It is speculated that his last airdate will be in November. There are a lot of fans upset by this because he is a great actor. What upsets people even more is that it seems we won't be getting a Bope vs Haiden triangle which could have been amazing. Please sign this petition to keep Daniel Cosgrove on Days. He hasn't been fired, so we feel there's still a chance if we get enough people to sign and catch TPTB's attention. You don't have to be a Haiden fan to support Daniel Cosgrove. Also, if you could, share this with as many people as you can. I'd like to think this is just a bad rumor but I saw a strange tweet on soapsheknows.com the other day that had me wondering.
Why does she say "thru the summer?" Does that mean they end after the summer!?! I am SO not interested in Bope version 7.0.

Does that mean they end after the summer!?! I am SO not interested in Bope version 7.0. Sadly I don't think it is just a rumor. I was looking forward to a triangle because I thought Haiden could have won. I'm excited for the 50th but, after that, I have no idea what their plan is because all these couples have already been through everything. What I don't understand is why they would SORAS Chase if Aiden is probably going to die. Will Hope adopt him?? |

I am really hoping that Daniel Cosgrove was just screwing with people when he said this and the writers aren't that stupid to let someone like DC go.

I assumed that was because the origianl poster asked what was happening with Haiden this summer. I hope this is just a rumor. I'm holding on to the fact that it seems weird that he would mention he was gone at a fan event or that DAYS would send an actor who no longer works for them to such an event. But maybe I'm in denial. |

I'm hoping it's all a PR stunt. I mean, angry tweets with #dool or #days etc get counted just as much as good ones and build buzz.

He apparently told the fans that Aiden's exit story has already been written and that's what he'll be shooting until then. I have no interest in Hope/Aiden, but I wouldn't mind him sticking around even if he's not tied to Hope. I thought he had far better chemistry with Kayla and Jennifer. And Aiden was great fun with Nicole! |

If he's taping until September then he should be on the air into 2016. Yep. So hopefully we will get at least a bit of a triangle with Hope in the middle. Have two men ever been fighting over Hope? She's been in tons of triangles with Bo and another woman, but other than Patrick (the guy who was almost Zach's father ... was that his name) it's really always been her fighting for Bo with some other woman. |

If Aiden is leaving then I wonder if this means Aiden is going to be leaving town or if he will somehow be killed off?

I saw someone making a reference to Aiden being gone by November. I hope that's wrong and they mean that Daniel will be done shooting by then. I'd like to see two men fight FOR Hope for once! I'm tired of Bo always being the one to have 2 women going after him. Let's let Hope be pursued, even if there's an end-date and we know Bo will win (since he's seemingly staying and Aiden isn't.)

Oh my God... I hope it's not true! I really like Aiden and he's one of the few characters from the old regime that I feel has done really well with viewers. It'd be weird to can Aiden but SORAS his own son. I actually do wonder if Hope ends up adopting Chase too. I am so sick of Hope/Bo and I hate that it appears that Higley/Griffith may be kowtowing to the status quo. Stinks!
