I'm glad she's coming back and they're still announcing returns. Martha and Jason never worked together as Shawn and Belle, or did they? Here is the article from Soaps.com. Martha Madison (Marly Nelson-Foster, "The Bay" and Miranda Winterthorne, "Winterthorne") announced today on her TRadioV show "Soap Box" that she is returning to "Days of our Lives" as Belle Black Brady. Madison has signed a contract with the show and her first airdate is November 25. Madison was the last actor to play Belle Black Brady, a role previously made popular by Kirsten Storms (Maxie Jones, "General Hospital.") Belle left the show with her husband Shawn Douglas Brady (Brandon Beemer) and their daughter Claire in 2008 in order to sail around the world, much like Shawn's parents Bo (Peter Reckell) and Hope (Kristian Alfonso) once did. Martha's return comes hot on the heels of the announcement that Jason Cook is returning to Days as Shawn Douglas Brady. |

I'm glad she's back. I kind of figured she would be with Shawn and Claire returning. Okay...now we just need Philip and Chloe.

I adored Kirsten Storms as Belle, but Martha won me over. I never got into Brandon Beemer's version of Shawn-D. I'm so happy that my two favorites are both back and on contract!

I really don't know how I feel about this. MM seems like a lovely person and is a capable actress, but her version of Belle was so mired in bad story.

If she is returning as Belle then I really do hope she has scenes with her parents John and Marlena but also her brother Brady and Belle does she know that she has a new brother, her half-brother Paul Narita? Belle has to meet him but also she has to meet her nephew Tate but I am sure Brady he has sent her pictures of Tate but also Belle I really do want to see her interact with her brother Eric too but also with Belle returning I wonder if she will come back by herself? Or if Shawn and Claire come back before she does?

I know we won't hear about it, but I'm curious to know if Belle knew that John was almost killed. Not a single reference was made to her during John's long hospital stay.
