With Bo and Steve returning in the fall, what are your expectations?
How and where do you think Hope and Bo will first see each other? I don't think he'll call first, do you? How do you think their first conversation will go?

I imagine Days will do the same thing they ALWAYS do when a character returns - show some "mysterious" figure stalking Hope or Kayla for days before the big reveal of who it is even though we all know who it it. If that doesn't happen I'll be pleasantly suprised.
I'm guessing Steve and Bo have been working together. Other than that, no idea.
I'm really hoping Bo's return is short-lived and serves to bring Hope and Aiden closer.

For Steve, I think he will wind up in the hospital and Kayla will be the doctor on duty when he's brought in.
For Bo, it's one of two scenarios. Either he walks into the square and sees Hope and Aiden kissing, because they are prone to public displays of affection. Or, Bo surprises Hope in the square and lays a kiss on her, which Aiden sees and misinterprets.

I miss the big, insane, ridiculously dramatic and over-the-top drama that we used to see on soaps! Ever since we heard talk of Kayla doing online dating, I've wanted her to find Steve that way - but I'm so excited he's coming back AND that Tomlin/Whitesell isn't writing the story that I'll be happy with any way that brings him home! |

I'm wondering if Bo ever received divorce papers or Hope's goodbye letter. I hope he's been held captive somewhere for 2 years and that a fake Bo is the one who saw John in Europe. It makes NO sense to me that Bo would abandon his daughter so easily, thus I am willing to forget that stupid storyline happened. (I'm willing to forget a lot of Tomlin/Whitesell's crap.) I think it'd be great soapy drama if Hope is conflicted over Bo/Aiden because Bo didn't abandon her or Ciara and she's now got to figure out who she loves and what she wants - and all the while Bo is heart-broken and devastated that Hope so easily believed he'd do that to her and Ciara and not figure out the truth and come rescue him. |

I think that's going to be pretty close to what is going to happen. Also Bo's return doesn't mean Hope all of a sudden stops loving Aiden. Bo has put other people and things ahead of Hope many times over the years, but it made no sense that he would abandon Ciara. Bo didn't have to receive the divorce papers for the divorce to have gone through. I'm sure it has gone through already. It isn't just Hope who so readily believed Bo deserted her. His family and friends believe it too. I admit I want Hope to stay with Aiden as I think there's more story possibilities. It's hard to think of a storyline that Bo and Hope haven't had already. |

I love Haiden and never honestly liked Bope at all. In fact I could get in trouble for saying this but I didn't like Hope at all till Aiden came along. I always found Hope to be so sanctimonious and holier than thou. Aiden has really made her fun and more down to earth for me.
If they break up Haiden for Bo, I'm going to freak out.

I grew up on Bo and Hope but I love Hope with Aiden. She's grown up a lot now that she's been on her own. I hope Bo's return is short and sweet. I hope it builds some drama but serves to bring Hope and Aiden closer together.
As for Steve, I really hope that he and Kayla find their way back together. I also hope to see some Steve and Hope scenes since their friendship was always a favorite of mine.
Hopefully the writers come up with great stories because there is no doubt that the actors playing these roles can deliver!

Steve is the only one I am happy to see return.
Marybeth Evans (Kayla) is on twitter quite often tweeting about how great the new scripts are. I hope it is true and not hype.
Some of the other cast members who usually tweet have been very quiet about upcoming stories. I guess the show is tightly controlling what "leaks" out.

I am excited that the show seems too be getting back too their roots and letting all the vets shine but I am worried that the new characters that I love are going too be pushed aside I am hoping that the show learns how too balance the vets that I love but also the characters that I have grown to love.
