Yes they have, Rafe's father apparently abandoned Rafe, Gabi, Arianna and Dario when they were all kids

Yes I too wonder if he will be either Rafe's dad or uncle ohh, I never thought of that. I was trying to figure out who he could be related to. Hopefully this will give Rafe a great storyline, |

By making him Rafe's father, they can address why Rafe's father ran out on him and his siblings and their mother and then they can hopefully repair their father/son relationship

Yes and it would make even more sense with Gabi returning. Not sure how long she'll be around but it could be good to see them in scenes with him.
