I had to post this on my twitter and my facebook when I saw it yesterday. HOT DAYUM! Me likey. Alcide is total pure hotness! I can't wait to see it!!!!  Thanks for sharing it on here with everyone SG! I don't know how to put you tube videos on here so thanks for sharing! We should have a true blood thread anyway as we a lot of us like to watch it. |

Thanks for this thread SG!!! And I agree about Alcide. Eric is my pick for Sookie but Alcide is the hottest one to me also .... though if I were really picking out one for myself, Sam is my favorite. He isn't as blazing hot as Alcide but I like him best out of all of them. I so want Sam & Tara to be a couple on the show. They aren't in the book but so many things on the show are different I'm hoping that will be one of them.

I agree with you Kazz. I LOVE Sam, Alicde and Eric. I want Eric with Sookie, for sure, and have been LOVING his sweet, innocent style he has been portraying lately. That sorry with his smile at the end of last week's episode was so cute. I have been thinking about it a lot lately.
Alcide is just total, pure hotness. There have been a few times when I really wished that he and Sookie would hook up, but as I am not much of a person for one nighters or just people having sex, I kind don't want them to either. But there are times when I definitely have hoped they would just get it over with already. LOL
I LOVE Sam. He is one of my favorite characters. I am sad he is not in the books more. I am on the 6th one right now.

I am also Team Eric but it's hard not to root for Alcide with Sookie when they are together. Those scenes are explosive with Chemistry!
Eric is so innocentlike for sure, but that line was hysterical.
"You just ate my fairy godmother" Can't wait until tonight!
I also like Sam but I hate that he drinks so much!
Wonder what will happen with Jason, man that group is pure nuts!

I don't like where they are headed with his brother in the show. He didn't exist int he books so I am not sure if I like it at all even. I wish they could have a better relationship or neither one at all.

I don't like the stuff with Sam's brother either and I don't like how angry and self destructive they make Sam out to be on the show. He is a lot more together as a person in the books, but I do like that he has more of a story in the show so I guess it's a matter of taking the bad with the good.... and even with the flaws the show added, Sam is still my favorite.... and Alcide is still the hottest!
The stuff with Jason is crazy. He does get kidnapped and changed into a panther by the Felton character in the book but nearly everything else is different. Crystal's father Calvin on the show is really her uncle in the book and he would have never been involved in making and selling meth. He was a pretty good guy in the book, he had a good legitimate job and kept peace in the town and made sure everyone was taken care of. He and Sookie were friends .... and Jason is an extremely selfish, royal jerk of a character in the books. I think they had to change Jason for the show or the audience would have hated him. He isn't all bad but his good points are too few and too subtle to have translated well onscreen. I'm sad that they made Calvin such a rotten loser though so that Jason could be made into a hero.... and frankly I'm a little offended by the predictable Hollywood stereotyping of rural southerners. On the other hand it is kind of funny though so I can deal with it.

I read this article on twitter today. I love Acide. I can't begin to say how much. I look forward to them hunting for Eric together. I want more Sookie/Alcide action in any way shape or form.
He would be her real world guy. I love it. I do hope the show goes the route of pairing them at some point. Even if it's just for a little while!

I am in the middle of it right now. Man, I love this show.
I agree Kazz. I hate how they made the people from Hotshot so hillbilly like. And her "dad" in the show was her uncle in the books. He was not even close to the jerk they made him out to be in the show.
