This is research for a story.
What do young men (20 something) wear to bed if they're at someone else's house, meaning they're not walking around naked.

My cousin who is 24 wears pajama bottoms. It sounds creepy that I know that so just put it out there he lives with my aunt and she watches my girls in the mornings and that is what he is in when I go over there.

I think pajama pants or shorts depending on the weather. Add a t-shirt if it's cold out.

Underpants. If it's cold, an undershirt. Though, some guys substitute underpants with pajama pants.

I usually wear a white t shirt and pajama pants, but I'm a bit unusual and anyway older than you asked for. I dont think most guys wear anything on top.
