I just found this picture over on the daytime royalty board. It looks like Ivan is being brought back for Vivian's exit story. yfrog.com/z/kjb8rdijIt looks like the new writers are really trying to give all the characters that are leaving good exit stories. We have Nicholas coming to Salem for Carly's exit. We have Ivan coming to Salem for Vivian's. Hopefully there will be a tweet on either Thursday or Friday from Nadia or one of the hairstylists that Jay is in the studio filming Chloe's exit story. I am glad that the new writers are actually not ignoring the history of the characters on the show and am really glad that they decided to bring Ivan back to whisk Vivian out of Salem. I love that they are using her past with Ivan for her exit. It is also great that Nicholas will be back for Carly's exit. Hopefully they will reconcile and she will leave town with him to work on their relationship. I really hope that Philip and Parker are going to be back for Chloe's exit. It would be great to see Philip come to Salem and find out what Kate and Quinn did to Chloe and then have Philip and Chloe confront Kate about it and have a showdown and then leave Salem together with Parker to start a new life as a family. |

That's a pleasant surprise. I truly hope that Jay comes back for Nadia's exit. A Phloe happy ending would be awesome! Thanks for posting this karebr!

I was thinking about this yesterday. I have a feeling Philip won't be back the way we want him to, but Chloe's exit just has to have her get custody rights to Parker.
I'll bet they do it this way. I'll bet Chloe gets a call from Philip and whether we actually get to hear Jay's voice or maybe see him in a different set is anybody's guess. I'll bet he tells her that he wants to set up shared custody and asks if she would be willing to move to Chicago so they can raise Parker together. I'll bet it won't be a romantic situation, but it would leave the door open for them to get close and hopefully come back to canvas one day as a couple or at least heading in that direction.

I am really looking forward to this! I missed Ivan and was so upset when they showed us Gus.  Can't wait to see it! PS I also am happy they appear to do be doing exits for these characters. So much better then Stephanie's lame-o sendoff with Dari-o |

While I didn't mind Gus at all (they did have some funny scenes together),I'm looking forward to seeing Ivan come back if in fact that's what the show's planning.It'll be kinda like seeing an old friend,lol.
I agree with GG about the exits.These ones seem to be much better than the last set of exits we got,although by the other two's standards,Philip's really wasn't so bad.

Oh, and I have to add that while I was upset to see Gus when he first showed up with Vivian, I did like his character. He cracked me up. But he definitely ain't no Ivan. LOL

I think the thing I love most about Gus is he's not your typical henchman.He questions her decisions and orders,AND he has humor,that's something rarely seen in a henchman these days,lol.I love that he isn't afraid to tell his "Madam"that her plan is bogus and won't work,lol.

I can't wait to see what Ivan looks like now. It's been a long time since he last appeared. Meant to say thank you to karebr for finding and posting the info. I changed the title to include other characters since we are talking about the others too. I wonder if Ivan and Madam are still married. I have always thought that Gus was Vivian and Ivan's son, but I guess not.

I didn't know Ivan and Viv were married!  I did however think they might have had an affair and Either Gus or Quinn was their son. |

I'll try to find the info later. They even drove off in a limousine covered with Just Married ribbons and tin cans. It was crazy.
