Since Paul's mother Tori Norita is now in Salem and she apparently has a past tie to Salem it makes me wonder just who Paul's father will turn out to be? Considering when her and Marlena were face to face she literally looked like she had seen a ghost so it makes me wonder if Tori knows Marlena personally or if she knew Marlena personally because if she did or does then it makes me wonder if Paul is somehow John Black's son? If Paul is John's son he would be Brady and Belle's half-brother but it makes me wonder if Tori also knows Stefano DiMera? If she does then perhaps Paul is a DiMera and if he is then he and Chad would be half-brothers and Paul he would also be Kristen's brother too
