I know Chad is goading him, but Ben needs the reality check that physical violence like that ends in an arrest. There are jerks in the world. You can't physically attack people you dislike. I hope Somny fires him for this. Even if Chad was 100% inappropriate, they're in the work place and Ben jumped a counter and attacked the boss in front of customers.
