I know it's early for this, but I had a little brief speculative moment. I got anvils from JJ's "session."
Paige gets attacked, JJ gets blamed, and this brings her father into town?
Just me. Just sayin'

That would be interesting, but I think its more likely that Eve accuses JJ of raping her, sadly.

I much prefer your scenario RoKaAlways, and have played around with a similar scenario when coming up with fan fiction ideas  I do think in reality it's too late for a rape accusation, but Eve could turn on the waterworks about how she was embarrassed, ashamed, tried to deny the situation to herself, etc |

Just because it's not related to sleeping with him since evidence is gone. I just think maybe something happens to Paige and Eve helps her determine it's JJ....but the father being brought in more relates to Paige being injured, and I do think that's coming.  |

It makes no sense. I actually think a JJ/Eve hook-up storyline could have been (I guess there's still some hope) really great and had the potential to create fallout all over the canvas. But, inexplicably, the writers have managed to take a storyline with a lot of potential and reduce it to the boring mess it is now. I originally thought they would go the route of a fake rape accusation by Eve as well heroicmuse. I am beyond thrilled that they didn't. But that was the only reason I could think of for them to all of a sudden start mentioning Jack all over the place. I honestly don't know where they are going with it at this point. I think it's particularly bizarre that something that could have been explosive and produced immediate fallout (during sweeps) has basically had no movement for over a month. Color me confused. |

This whole storyline....not a fan. Exactly....never had potential, in my opinion, because I just can't see the chem between these two or the reasons for what stupidly happened. Kassie is worth MUCH MORE than this type of story. |

So is Casey Moss in my opinion.
The thing that bugs me the most is that they wrote JJ out of character to create the hookup. He's said no to both drinking and drugs a zillion times, and when the Jill thing happened, Jill complained to her friend that JJ was "the only freshman in the world who refuses to get drunk and have sex." Then a month later he does exactly that, and there are interviews and articles all over the place stating that he did it because he is a "bad boy" at heart and because he and Eve both love music. Come on.
Plus, with the whole fear of sex thing he had going on, he was afraid to touch Paige--but he was not afraid to have sex with Eve?
And don't get me started on the power imbalance between JJ and Eve and the fact that Jill's drugging him was never depicted as what it was--sexual assault--while Jack's rape of Kayla was mentioned a thousand times.

stickywicket I don't either. I'm really worried that they're going for a repeat of Brady.Kristen where JJ decides he's "in love" with Eve, only to eventually find out she hired Jill and then have to make amends to his family over it again...
