Since it looks like that Kristen is most likely going to steal Theresa's baby as part of some insane plan, do you think Kristen has the right to keep Theresa's baby and raise it as her own?

I think any woman who would kidnap another woman, forcibly remove a fetus from her body and implant into herself does not deserve ANY child. That's an unstable person - as if we didn't already know.
