Bo: Well, I guess we’d better get to work.
Roman: Sounds good. I’m gonna call my bookie ... find out the odds on this weekend’s games.
Bo: I’ll give Hope a call, see where she wants to go for dinner.
LATER
Bo is on his office computer playing Farmville when a detective knocks and enters.
Bo: Can’t you see I’m busy here?
Detective: Sorry for interrupting, Commander ...
Bo: Commissioner.
Detective: That’s what I said.
Bo: What have you got?
Detective: This envelope.
Bo: What is it?
Detective: It’s something you put letters in, but that’s not important now. It’s from the kidnapper.
Bo: Let’s see it. Hmmm. Tell Roman to come in.
Detective: He’s busy downloading MP3 tunes.
Bo: That can wait. This is important.
A half hour later.
Roman: Whatcha got there, little brother?
Bo: It’s a note from the kidnapper.
Roman: A ransom note?
Bo: No, more like a random note. Listen to this. He reads the note out loud:
In case you’re wondering, I’m holding Misty Circle and Premier Party Girl hostage.
Roman: That’s it?
Bo: That’s all she wrote.
Roman: “She”? You think the kidnapper is a “she”?
Bo: I have no idea.
Roman: Who da hell are Misty Circle and Premier Party Girl?
Bo: I have no idea. But the names sound familiar.
Roman: Sounds like...
Bo: Porno.
Roman: You watch porno too?
Bo: I had to while I was dating Carly. It was the only way I was able to ...
Roman: Say no more. I understand. So, what do you make of the note?
Bo: Not much. Maybe a paper airplane. He starts folding the note into a paper airplane and sends it sailing across the room.
Roman: Wait wait. You were never any good at making paper airplanes. Check this out!
Roman rips a piece of paper out of a notepad, makes a paper airplane, and sends it sailing across the room. Then Bo makes another one, then Roman, then Bo ...

Thanks for the chapter kpatch. Love how hard Bo and Roman are working. I can just picture them making the paper airplanes and playing with them. Maybe it wil help them figure out that Misty Circle and Permire Party Girl are Nicole and Melanie.

Oh. My. God. I have had the BEST laugh in a loooooonnnnnggg time!!! Holy crap that "porno" line by Bo was probably the single most funniest line I have ever read in a kpatch story EVER!! Seriously, I am laughing so hard my cats are looking at me like I am crazy and the people down the street can probably hear me!! Thank you so much for giving my abs a great workout this am! ;D

Bo & Roman truly are the Keystone Kops!!! No wonder the Salem PD never solves their cases.....I am surprised though that Bo plays Farmville & not Mafia Wars.
Wonder if Roman is downloading some Sinatra tunes!

The Zucker bros wrote, produced and directed the movie Airplane....plus other ones like the Naked Gun series, some of the Scary Movies....
Or maybe you are the 3rd Coen brother who did The Big Lebowski...

Wow, great story and educational too - this thread has it all! I didn't who the Zucker brothers were either but I definitely know the Coen brothers' movies and The Big Lebowski is probably my favorite though it may be a tie with Raising Arizona... at any rate, I agree the comparisons are compliments to our JKJPatch. Another great chapter!! I sure hope Philip and Brady are busy hunting down the clues or Nicole and Melanie will never be found.

I just watched Raising Arizona for the first time the other day. It was pretty good. I for sure love the Coen Brothers too! They are amazing. I LOVED Fargo. Just saw True Grit a few weeks back too and that was great.
Premier Party Girl? Wasn't that Melanie and something to do with a website when she first came to Salem? Or something like that? I didn't watch days for quite some time after she started. Misty Circle? That is Nicole's porno name right?
