Jack and Jennifer were officially divorced when he slipped down the elevator shaft. Abigail and JJ are also both adults now so should they not be representing their own interests in regards to the book proceeds and movie deal?
Jack's wishes for the book profits and veteran's association were just mentioned in conversation and according to Jennifer, not in any legal document.
Does Jennifer have any right to protest this, or is Eve within her own right to retrieve her share of the profits?

I would think Jennifer does have the right to protest this. Idiot Jack neglected to tell her about it. But a legal document would be binding. I don't blame Jennifer for wanting to be sure the document is for real.

I'm not sure whether she has a legal right to protest it but as she said to Eve, she and the kids aren't getting any of the profits. Jack wanted all the profits to benefit veterans. I felt like Jenniefer was asking he to just be a decent human being and not take any of the money away from them.
Once Jen revealed that they aren't getting any money from the book anything Eve said about getting some of that mine just sounded so greedy. I don't care what any agreement said. She was barely married to him and didn't inspire the book.

I don't think Jennifer would have any say in this. His kids are his rightful heirs. And both Abby and JJ are over 18.
As far as the annulment agreement goes I think that will be up to a judge.

I totally agree! I can appreciate that she wants to honor Jack's wishes and that she has good intentions, but legally she has no say in this at all. She is no more "related" to Jack than Eve is at this point. They are both ex-wives. Providing that the annulment agreement is legitimate, I would think that Eve has every right to claim her share.
