Eve talks about Jack’s book and admits she’s disappointed she wasn’t mentioned in her ex-husband’s book. Jen counters, saying the marriage lasted for 2 seconds before it was annulled. It’s revealed that Eve and Jack got married so she could inherit Nick Correlli’s estate and Jack could save the Spectator newspaper. Eve reminds Jennifer that Jack married her because Jen had left him for Frankie at the time.
Then Eve breaks the news about an annulment agreement that says she is due half of Jack’s works. She shows Jennifer the legal document. Jen explains that the proceeds are not going to herself or the kids. They are going to military veterans. Eve says Jen can do what she wants with her half. Eve will do what she wants with her own half. Jennifer is appalled.
Eve is resentful of how easy everything came to Jennifer. Eve didn’t even know who her father was growing up and she lost her innocence at 14. Jennifer is sympathetic but tells Eve she has to stop blaming Jennifer for everything. Jennifer confidently tells Eve that she’s going to fight this and she doesn’t believe the document is for real.
It escalates into a shouting match that JJ and Paige walk in on. Eve tells JJ she’ll see him at the graduation tomorrow. She and Paige leave.

Well, at least we know what Eve is up to(at least for now). We know that she can't say that Jack is Paige's father, because she made a point of telling Paige that their marriage was never consummated.
Can we hope that Jennifer will be calling Aiden now?

I don't think that Eve could say that she and Jack produced Paige. I don't even think Abigail was born then. The timeline doesn't fit.

Um...annullment agreement??? I've never heard of such a thing. Do they really exist? It seems contraditory. I would think by saying the marriage was a sham there would be nothing to split up or agree upon. Everything should go back to the way it was before the marriage.
If Eve did loan Jack money and didn't get it back is it really that bad of her to try to get some of it back?
Also, did she get any of that money? Ten million is a lot. Even if she only got half - that's a lot to go through.

If this "annulment agreement" is legitimate, I don't see how Jennifer can do anything about it. It was signed long before her and Jack were married obviously.
I agree that Eve would be legally entitled to this money, but clearly her motive for telling Jennifer in person was to cause trouble. Eve could have easily had her lawyer contact Jennifer.

Eve did tell Jennifer that she gave up everything to go with Frankie to Africa but that was so long ago that I don't remember. Old clips show that although Julie never believed the validity of Eve & Jack's marriage, she still decided to release all of the money. There is a clip showing a conversation between Julie and Eve, in which Julie is quick to point out that Eve will still have a lot of money left after helping Jack. **If you are interested in watching that conversation, you can go to the Jack & Eve's History thread and scroll down to the third clip entitled "The Marriage of Jack and Eve Part 9". It is from the 8:00 to 9:01 minute mark. Jack and Eve's History thread

Eve's return has finally given Jennifer an interesting storyline.
