How do you feel about Nicole these days?

Like the writers need to do something to make this character watchable again. The actress is too good for the way they're writing the character, IMO, unless the writers really have something up their collective sleeve.

She can carry a much meatier story line than she's getting. It feels like the same basic story played out again and again. I'd love to see them change it up. I really wish Marlena didn't hate Nicole so much because some therapy scenes could yield some good drama and help move the character forward.

I'm not sure how to feel. I'm glad that the truth came out but I wish that she would have done it from the start. I'm disappointed that all the hard work she did to become a better person was for nothing and I hate the way she's trying to blame everyone else (Daniel, Jennifer, Eric, God) for her behavior. Right now, I just can't root for her.

Not really sure how to feel. I like Nicole but I absolutely hate what the writers have done to her character. They were working so hard on redeeming her and then they just have her revert right back to same old Nicole. You can only do the same thing over and over again so many times.

I said, wish she had confessed, and still rooting for her.
It would have been so much more powerful a story if she had struggled with her decision, but then ended up doing the right thing and left the real decision up to Eric. We could have had him wrestling with his conscience, going back and forth in his mind between his faith and his love for Nicole. There could have been so much angst and no matter what he decided, as characters, both Nicole and Eric would come out on top. I don't know why the show felt the need to destroy her character over this. It did not improve the drama quotient. I could have done a better job with it, and maybe I will.
I still think she's going to wind up pregnant.

Any drama they were going for was destroyed b/c everyone pretty much already knew that she wasn't going to confess once she started in on the "Daniel's in love with me" bit.
