Brady is passed out on Theresa’s couch where he spent the night. Theresa offers him a “pick me up” for breakfast. He turns it down and tells Theresa he can’t party like that every night. She understands and says as long as they’re together.
Brady goes to take a shower and Victor shows up, calling Theresa a little tramp. Theresa reminds him she has a name. She offers him something to eat, he says how about disinfectant. LOL. She lets him know how rude he’s being. Oh wow, he tells her she has her mother’s fire, but unfortunately she also inherited Kimberly’s loose morals. Okay, maybe Victor is offensive, but I still love him.
Brady returns to the living room and tells Victor to stop it. Theresa makes a point of kissing Brady in front of Victor. She leaves the men alone. Victor wants to know why Brady missed a whole day's work yesterday and probably will again today. Victor mentions Rafe being the only friend Brady has (really??) and asks why he isn't there for him as his sister is being sent to prison. He wants to know why Brady isn’t around to support Maggie either in her grief over Nick. He threatens to not only fire Brady, but disown him. Brady had my favorite line of the day: “How many times did you disown Philip?” Victor doesn’t answer.
Later, when Theresa returns, Brady is ready for a hit.

Yes, Victor is over the top but I loved it when he told Theresa she had her mother's fire and her loose morals. I'd almost forgotten that Kim had led Victor on and slept with him in order to save Shane all those years ago. And that for a time, there was some question as to whether Theresa's brother Andrew could have been Victor's son!
I just love it when the show remembers its history, especially when it's that salacious and fun.

I loved the Phillip mention and I had thought the same thing. If only the mention was a hint of a return. Brady and Theresa must be two of the most boring druggies ever. All they do is snort coke and they really don't look that much worse for the wear. Brady's nose should be falling off by now.

Loved the Philip mention! The Kimberly mention reminded me of Victor/Kimberly/Shane back then. Great use of history.

There was a conversation between Brady & Victor??? I couldn't get past the shirtless, towel-clad Brady....

I loved the Phillip mention and I had thought the same thing. If only the mention was a hint of a return. That was my first thought too wendylou. There was a conversation between Brady & Victor??? I couldn't get past the shirtless, towel-clad Brady.... OMG. I can't believe I didn't even mention that Brady was shirtless the whole episode in my recap. See what happens? One on-air mention of Philip and everything else flies out of my head. Sigh. I'm hopeless.
