EJ and Rafe meet to discuss the plea agreement. EJ says Gabi would serve 10-20 years. Rafe objects to the sentence initially. EJ says remember the charge would be murder one. EJ points out that Gabi's role in Melanie's kidnapping would play a part in the trial since it's part of her confession. Rafe realizes that the jury could crucify Gabi. He thanks EJ for his help. Rafe realizes this is the best deal Gabi could possibly get. EJ says he will continue to represent Gabi if she chooses to go to trial.

Did you see EJ practically swat T away when he arrived at the club. Poor T.
Rafe is just a mess. He is taking this so hard.

Rafe (Galen) is so underutilized on the show. When he has some good material, he can rock the emotional scenes.

The potential of only ten years would be a good deal for Gabi. She'd still be back in time for Ari's lovely teen years. I'm glad that they finally announced the details.
It was nice to see EJ tell Rafe that he is a good brother, but I didn't like the jab before he left.

I'm glad they mentioned the years in the deal. It gives hope that Gabi could be out of jail to be a part of Ari's teen years.

I'm glad they mentioned the years in the deal. It gives hope that Gabi could be out of jail to be a part of Ari's teen years. Nick Falloon got out of jail after three years even though he murdered someone.. So there is a chance. |

If Gabi is in prison, then what becomes of her daughter Arianna? Most likely Will and Sonny will raise her in Gabi's absence and plus Arianna's Uncle Rafe, her "tio" will be there making sure his niece is being taken care of so if and when Gabi does get out of prison she can be a mother to her daughter but I doubt by the time Gabi gets out of prison if her daughter will even remember who she is
