What are some things you want or hope to get done in the near or far future.
I'll start with something practical. We are saving up for new living room furniture. The furniture we have was purchased before we got married so it's over 18 years old and looks it.

I'd like some bedroom furniture eventually. Maybe just a headboard for now.

I don't really do wish lists. I tend to get what I want, when I want it, cuz you never know. You learn that when your dad dies young. Tomorrow isn't promised. Totally changed the way I see life.
But there is an art retreat in Canada I would like to go to next year...I am back and forth on it now because I probably shouldn't spend the money, it is sort of pricey...but like I said...tomorrow isn't promised...and if I have the funds I might as well right?

We are firm believers in you can't take it with you when you are gone. That being said we also don't buy things with credit. We either pay cash or we don't buy it.
I really want new living room furniture. All of my furniture is secondhand and mismatched. I found the entertainment center I want and now we just have to figure out what kind of furniture we want. I have to do some measuring and figure out what we can fit in our living room. We also need a new bed. Ours is getting old.
