With Halloween approaching, it seems like an appropriate time to talk about our fears.
I have a dentist appointment on Wednesday and I am petrified. There is nothing I fear worse than a trip to the dentist and the associated pain.
What are you afraid of?

Snakes and tornadoes.
But even both of those seemed small when I was playing the wait and see game with Ethan's cyst and all the possibilities that were there. The unknown on things like that scare the daylights out of me.

Besides death? I also fear snakes and I fear the safety of our country. I fear if Yellowstone's volcano were to erupt, the US as we know it will be destroyed.

Dentist. Scared to death of the dentist. I am always terrified that something is gonna happen to one of my family.

Sinkholes. They're completely unpredictable. One minute you think you're on solid ground then boom, it caves in on you, maybe even while you're sleeping. I hate them and every time I hear a news story about one my stomach turns.
I'm also petrified of sharks. Not a big fan of doctors or dentists either.
