Ava busies herself in the kitchen. She thanks Wendy and Tripp for letting her stay after Roman rejected her staying at the Pub. She starts to set up for lunch when Tripp tells her that they are meeting Stephanie for lunch. Ava can tell that Wendy wants her gone. Ava leaves. Wendy decides not to go to lunch. She tells Tripp to go without her. Wendy locks up after he leaves.
After his lunch, Tripp returns to find the chain on. Wendy lets him in. She is on the phone with her father. Wendy ends the call and tells Tripp that she has never heard her father cry before. He has lost a son and nearly lost his daughter.
Tripp has arranged for tickets for Hong Kong. She can go alone if she wishes. Wendy wants Tripp with her.

Weirdly they have been tolerable this week and I like the way Wendy is showing real symptoms of PTSD. Subtle acting from her today as she tried to conceal her displeasure of seeing Ava back at the pad.
Looks like they are going away for a spell which is fine but at least for me their boredom level has dropped.
