Billy Miller (ex-Billy Abbott, Y & R) he would make either a great Philip Kiriakis re-cast especially if JKJ didn't come back and not to mention he would be able to make the role of Philip his own if he were to take over the role or Billy Miller I could actually see him as a Shawn-D recast, Billy Miller as Shawn-Douglas Brady Bo & Hope's first-born son and Claire's father

McKenzie Westmore (ex-Sheridan, Passions) she would be a great re-cast for anyone or you could even have her come on as a new character but either way she would be reunited with her Passions co-stars Galen Gering (Rafe) since they had absolute chemistry as Luis and Sheridan and she would also be reunited with Eric Martsolf (Brady)

I like Billy Miller, but he reads a bit old for Philip to me (though they've played so fast and loose with ages at this point that who actually knows). I've always thought Jacob Young, who played J.R. on All My Children and is back on The Bold & the Beautiful as Rick, would fit in the role of Philip nicely if JKJ wouldn't do it.

Brooke Newton she played Colby Chandler on the Prospect Park reboot of All My Children she would be a great re-cast for Stephanie Johnson, Steve and Kayla's daughter, she would no doubt make the role her own
