1) Sarah Horton, Mickey and Maggie's youngest daughter who is also Maggie's biological daughter with Neil Curtis, because with Sarah back in town Maggie would have another one of her children in Salem and Sarah she can meet the brother she never knew she had that being Daniel but also Sarah with her in town you could have her as a lawyer taking over her late father Mickey's practice or you could have Sarah work at the hospital as either a nurse or as a doctor being the next Horton doctor in a line of them since her uncles Tommy "Tom Jr." and Bill were doctors but also her cousin Mike he's a doctor too and not to mention her nephew Nathan is a doctor too

Plus Sarah she hasn't been seen in Salem since 1991, and at that time she was a teenager when she left town with her sister Melissa and they left to go to Nashville, so with Sarah back in town you could have her as a love interest for either Brady, Rafe, Eric, or even EJ

2) Stephanie Johnson, she is another character who I would have return because with her in town she can help straighten her cousin Theresa out since Stephanie she grew up with Theresa so they would be as thick as thieves and not to mention Stephanie with her back in town she can work at the hospital again and not to mention her mother Kayla is in town so why not bring back Stephanie? As for who she could be with there's Brady, Rafe, Daniel, or even EJ but also her other cousin Abby she was close with

3) Philip Kiriakis, with Philip back in town, he can run Titan certainly a whole hell of a lot better than Brady can and if anyone is going to take over the Kiriakis family then it should definitely be Philip and Philip with him back in town he can surely give EJ a run for his money but also with Philip back in town he can be a love interest for anyone in need of one but also Philip I like him when he's in mob mode, Philip the mobster

4) Bo Brady, another one of Victor's sons that I would definitely bring back because Hope sure as hell needs him, she's been needing him and not to mention his daughter Ciara surely could use having her father around but also Bo he would be another addition back to the Salem PD

5) Chloe Lane, she is definitely another one who I would bring back for sure because not only is she Parker's mother but she is also Daniel's ex but she is also Brady's ex too as well as Lucas' ex but with Chloe back in town you could have her set her sights on any man that is single and she would for sure land them but also the only way I would want her back is by having her as a stronger, much more sane Chloe

Since Victor will be retiring soon, maybe Philip can return and take over his father's business forcing Brady out of Titan and out of the family business because Philip is like the "Michael Corleone" of the Kiriakis family and the Kiriakises are a mob family

But at the same time another 5 characters that I would have come back are:

Chelsea Brady (re-cast) if Rachel Melvin can't come back but with Chelsea back she can be a love interest for Nick Fallon since she was Nick's first love and by breaking up her and Max it frees her up to be with Nick or she can be with her ex Daniel or she can be with Rafe or EJ

Max Brady (re-cast) since Darin Brooks is now on B & B as Wyatt, so of course re-casting Max might be for the best

Alexander Kiriakis, by having one of Justin & Adrienne's sons back in town, Alex he is Justin's oldest son with Anjelica Deveraux, Adrienne's step-son but also Alex he can be here for his brother Sonny but also Alex you could have him in the family business of Titan or have him become a lawyer like his dad Justin but with Alex if he is a Kiriakis then here is hoping he has that Kiriakis machismo making him a playboy womanizing type

I like this list a whole lot, because with Bo back in town Hope can get her man back but also Ciara really needs her father

Philip back in town he can be a love interest for Abby or Jordan or Nicole even or anyone else

But with Melanie back in town, put her with Nick

Max with him, they could always put him with Abby

But with Chelsea I would have said if Chad were still in town put her with him but since Nick is available put Chelsea with him

1. Chelsea Brady - Either played by Rachel Melvin or a recast, I don't really care, I just really want to see Chelsea back. I've always liked her since she first came on, and I hope she comes back soon! She could have a very interesting storyline involving Nick, seeing as the huge way that he's changed since she left. She could also be there for Hope and Ciara.

2. Tony DiMera - We need a good DiMera, a truly good DiMera. Lexie was the last one, and she's been gone for a while now. Bringing Tony back into the show could play with the family dynamic of the DiMeras.

3. André DiMera - If not Tony, then at least André. Honestly, there's just something about the way Thaao Penghlis plays him that is so interesting. Plus, since Stefano is getting older and seemingly softening with age, we need a truly evil DiMera. Who better than the psychopath himself, André?

4. Isabella Tuscano - Brady desperately needs his mother to get him to shape up. This could be very easily done, as Brady has been known to see Isabella's ghost in times of great need.

5. Shawn-D Brady - Hope needs her son and Ciara needs her big brother. Plus, if Bo isn't going to come back, Shawn-D could take his father's place at the Salem PD.

Chelsea she would be a great fit for Nick and considering how much he has changed since she was last in town I have no doubt if anyone could bring out the good in Nick it would definitely be Chelsea and Chelsea could be here for her step-mother Hope and her little sister Ciara but also Chelsea you could have her work at Countess W or at Mad World or hell Chelsea could even take an interest in Titan and work there

As for Tony I agree, I would definitely bring him back but not Andre because if there is going to be an evil DiMera then why not bring back Peter Blake? Peter is Stefano's adopted son he's Kristen's full brother and Peter back in town he could be out of prison either by being released or he escapes but either way Peter Blake he could still be obsessed with Jennifer

As for Isabella Toscano with her showing up again as a ghost I could agree with that

And as for Shawn-D I definitely agree with him being back in Salem because Hope could use having her oldest son around and Ciara could use having her big brother around to help straighten her out and Shawn working for the Salem PD, I actually like that idea but why not bring back Belle and Claire with him?
