Bo and Hope’s House

Hope: Ciara is finally asleep.
Bo: That’s good. So, what did you want to talk about, Fancy Face?
Hope: I want to talk about ... us.
Bo: My favorite subject. Come here.
Hope: No Brady, don’t.
Bo: Don’t what? Don’t kiss my wife?
Hope: I think we should consider a separation.
Bo: Huh? We were separated for two years.
Hope: That was your idea, not mine. This time, it’s my idea.
Bo: I don’t understand.
Hope: While you were gone, I was really mad at you for abandoning us.
Bo: I never abandoned you.
Hope: Well it felt like you did. We were alone for birthdays, Christmas, and just run of the mill ordinary days. We needed you, Brady.
Bo: Why didn’t you tell me?
Hope: We’re soulmates, you should know without me having to tell you. Every time I asked when you were coming home, you always made excuses.
Bo: They weren’t excuses.
Hope: Well they seemed like excuses. So ... after a while, I stopped missing you.
Bo: Huh?
Hope: I learned to stand on my own two feet, take care of Ciara without you. Help her with school work, drive her to after school activities, run the household, pay the bills, fix whatever broke, including my own heart.
Bo: Huh?
Hope: I don’t love you anymore, Bo. I want a divorce.
Bo: Huh?
Hope: You heard me.
Bo’s cell phone rings.
Bo: Hold that thought, Fancy Face. It’s Roman. I’ll put him on speakerphone. Hey Roman, what’s up?
Roman: We have a Seven Eleven in progress at the corner of Happy and Healthy. Do you have time to take on the case?
Bo: No can do, I’m busy. I’m trying to save my marriage.
Roman: Are you having makeup sex?
Bo: Um no, not right now. I’ll call you later.
Bo pressed End Call.
Bo: Listen Fancy Face, I understand you’re upset with me and I don’t blame you. I shouldn’t have stayed away so long. But I don’t believe for one second that you don’t love me or that you want to divorce me. You’re not the kind of woman who should be alone.
Hope: I won’t be alone for long. There are plenty of eligible men here in Salem.
Bo: Ha. Yeah right. Like who?
Hope: Well. Daniel for one. Brady. Eric.
Bo: I’m related to all of them.
Hope: Yes, but I’m not. There’s also Rafe. Abe. Roman.
Bo: Roman??? That’s disgusting.
Hope: Why? He’s your brother, not mine. But that’s a moot point. I guess I should tell you I have a date this weekend.
Bo: A date! With who??
Hope: With Brady.
Bo: Brady?? That’s me!
Hope: No, not you. The real Brady. Brady Black. We’re going to see a movie together.
Bo: Ha! I suppose your nickname for him is gonna be “Bo,” just like your nickname for me is “Brady.”
Hope: No of course I’m not going to call him Bo. That would be stupid.

Glad that Bo got told off about the way he treated Hope and their daughter. So true about them needing him and then learning to live without him. After all that has happed with them on the show I feel they should split.
