Cruz on Santa Barbara. I can't tell you anything about the show other than him. He is all I remember.

Santa Barbara made me think of another fave -- Lane Davies (Mason). Gossip -- Lane and Suzanne Rogers (Maggie) were a real life couple for a few years -- lucky girl.

I think my first crush(es) are typical of my age group (late 30s): The Karate Kid and Luke Skywalker I am happy to say that my crushes have matured over the years. Now, I would never crush on Luke. It's Han Solo all the way.

Cruz is really the first guy I remember seeing and thinking, wow, he is cute. I was probably all of 7 then. After that my crushes became pretty normal for a girl my age. Zack Morris from Saved by the Bell was my #1 crush.

I'm assuming we are only talking about first celebrity crushes. Because otherwise, it was my kindergarten boyfriend. (Yes, I had a boyfriend in kindergarten) And I still remember his name. Even ran into his mother at the grocery store when I was in my 20s. LOL.

I think I did well at crushing on ones that aged well. Mark-Paul Gosselaar (Zack Morris) John Stamos (much better hair than when he was on Full House)
