I figured she was wearing his jacket, but having the white cuffs turned up like that, it looks like she has a shirt on too? Did the jacket have a white lining in it? If not, then why would she need a shirt AND a jacket on top of her dress?

It looks like the lining to me....maybe she has blood on her dress so EJ gave her his jacket...oh wait, it may be cold in Salem, JJ sure needs a jacket a lot.....
