I am not usually a fan of Mondays but this week I am looking forward to Monday! I hope some more clothes than just Philip's shirt will be coming off this week!!  |

MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT IN CHLOE’S ROOM
Philip and Chloe have fallen asleep. Somewhere during the night, in his sleep, Philip puts his arms around Chloe from behind. She wakes up when she feels his hands exploring her body. She turns around to face him and he wakes up.
Philip: Oh my god. I’m so sorry. I didn’t realize ...
Chloe puts her index finger over Philip’s mouth to silence him.
Chloe: Shhh. Don’t talk.
She moves closer to him until her lips are touching his. Before they know it, they are wrapped in a warm and passionate kiss. Philip breaks away and sits up.
Philip: I’m sorry Chloe. I can’t do this.
Chloe: Yes you can. You can’t deny it, Philip. The way you touched me ... and kissed me ... I can tell you have feelings for me.
Philip: I’m not going to lie to you, Chloe. I’ve always had feelings for you, since the first time our eyes met. I never made a secret of the way I felt about you. But that ship sailed a long time ago when you chose Brady over me. Then you chose Lucas. Then you chose Daniel. And I chose Melanie.
Chloe: That’s not true, Philip. You’re the only man I want. You have to believe me. There’s so much I want to tell you ...
Philip: I’ll admit that sometimes ...
Chloe: “Sometimes” what?
Philip: Sometimes I feel so comfortable with you, like this is where I belong.
Chloe: That’s right. It is.
Philip: No. It’s not. I’m married to Melanie, and you have to ... I’m begging you to respect that.
Chloe grows silent.
Philip: Go to sleep, Chloe. I’ll be out on the couch.
Philip closes the door to Chloe’s bedroom and sits on the sofa. He lightly rubs his lips with his fingertips. Then he picks up his iPhone and dials a number.
Philip: Hey Mel, it’s me. No, everything’s fine. I just needed to hear your voice.

Yaaa for today at least. Philip told Chloe that he is married to Mel (So glad he still thinks that) and that their ship sailed long ago. Can't wait to see what Mel tells Philip. Thanks for the chapter.
