Chloe/Jennifer scene seemed awkward. Chloe looked uncomfortable calling Jennifer a bitch, and Jennifer seemed unnatural spewing judgement at Chloe for hurting Daniel.
I did like Abigail trying to intercede for her mom, though. That is something I'd probably have done for my mom, too, LOL

It was all very awkward. But I guess they had to set it up so Chloe would know Daniel was moving on so she could move on with Quinn.

I thought Chloe came on too strong. She is understandably jealous, but she resorted to the B-word too quickly. Jennifer didn't deserve that. Jennifer showed a lot of class and restraint, but she really only knows one side of the story and should not be telling Chloe what happened in Chloe's marriage. All things considered, it was awkward.
The earring scene was dumb. Jennifer looked beautiful for her date.

My husband has NEVER complimented my earrings, unless he bought them for me AND I pointed out that I was wearing them.

I didn't think Daniel noticed anything above the neck.

know the whole story and shouldn't judge.I don't blame Chloe for using the B word.Jenifer is the woman who told Daniel he was blameless in this whole mess when this jerk for once tried to take his share of responsibility in all this and now is putting all the blame on Chloe. She 's d better shut the hell up.
Having Chloe confront Jennifer about Daniel out of the blue was just to prop boring Dannifer and trash Chloe further even though it was totally out of character for Chloe because since her suicide attempt, she didn't make one move to get Daniel back

My hubby notices stuff like hair and earrings immediately. He's like that. I can never get away with hiding something new or something I may have spent a little too much $$ on. Lol

I didn't care for the scene either. I guess it was a set up for Chloe to be more depressed and go hook up with Quinn. Perhaps someone needs to fill Jennifer in on Daniel's history in Salem so that she has all the info going into this relationship.

Even if Jenn knew Daniel's part in it all,I'm really not sure it would make much difference.Jennifer tends to be loyal to the wrong people, and somehow,Daniel's it.I really didn't like Chloe calling Jenn that word,it just made her look more pathetic. It's not her business anymore who Daniel is seeing,he isn't "hers"anymore. As others have stated though, this was probably just a way to send Chloe reeling once again so she'll fall more easily into Quinn's arms.

Chloe's biggest problem is not knowing when to shut her mouth and walk away.

I just saw the scene and I have to say that I agree with jkjpatch, jaysdelina, & maruuac on this one.
I'm so glad that Abby stood up for her mom like that too!

I have to agree.Abby was good in this scene.I have to admit, there are moments when I really like her,and moments where all I can think is,"This isn't the Abby I knew...".Sometimes she just seems bitchy for the sake of being bitchy.Does anyone else notice that they seem to have a BFF relationship more than a mother/daughter relationship.I'm not saying you can't be your child's best friend (to me,a parent IS a chilid's first best friend),but these two really never behave like mother/daughter,if that makes sense.

I thought the scenes were ok. It made sense that Chloe acted the way she did. She's pretty messed up right now and it totally makes sense that she would be jealous and lash out. I thought Jennifer handled herself fine and like someone else said, she only knows one side of the story.
The thing that's funny to me is the fact that Chloe used to be Jennifer's sister-in-law. Does she not know the history between Chloe and Lucas and Daniel's involvement in that??? I understand the attraction Jenn and Daniel have for each other and like that they are moving slowly but I would have appreciated at least a short conversation between the two about what Daniel did to her brother.

I'll be the minority and say that I was put off by Abby's reaction. It was good she stood up for her mom and I like that loyalty, but the way she went about it was crass, stooping to Chloe's level. Like Delina said, it's almost bitchiness for the sake of bitchiness. It was a good contrast between how Abby and Jennifer handled the confrontation. Jennifer did show more restraint than Abby and it reminded me so much of the 'good ol' days' of Days. It wasn't just insults being slung back and forth. I will agree that the scenes seemed forced and Chloe seemed over the top.
