Okay, I know this isn't an actual show but I'm addicted to watching coverage of this crazy, dramatic trial. I don't usually watch CNN but honestly, I come home from work now and put the TV on CNN and have to tear myself away from Jane Valez-Mitch, Nancy Grace and then Dr. Drew

I hate to admit it, but yes, I'm keeping up with it, but not watching it on tv. I'm watching the live stream  She is one sick puppy. |

She is a crazy psycho who killed her ex-boyfriend. She claims she killed him in self-defense by shooting him in the head, stabbing him 29 times and slashing his throat ear to ear almost all the way through.
She seems like a pscyopath who's a very good liar. This is her third version of the story and the trial is VERY salacious with tons of sexual stuff in it. Basically her defense is trying to villify the victim by saying he was a pervert/pedophile who made her do all kinds of things that she didn't want to do.

She admitted it, but said it was self defense. Ok, self defense and you stabbed him 29 times? Overkill much?

I listened to it one day while at work. She sounded so scripted that I didn't listen long as I wasn't really buying what she was saying. After the Casey Anthony trial, I just don't have much faith in the system b/c of the loopholes. I was so infuriated over the verdict that I went out and signed every petition that I could to get Caylee's Law on the ballots & to pass in several states.

She can remember buying a Strawberry Frappe or whatever it was at Starbucks 6 years ago, but can't remember stabbing Travis 29 times...
She can remember every detail about their sex life (and I do mean graphically), but can't remember slitting his throat from ear to ear...

Yeah, she has an answer for just about everything. I just don't know how people could believe she didn't plan to kill him. To me the two most convincing things are the same caliber gun being stolen from her gf's house shortly before and never being found and the whole car rental/gas can thing. I don't buy that he had the same kind of gun and she just happened to be the only one who knew about it.
Were you watching yesterday? The jury asked her about those has cans and all of the sudden she said she filled them in CA because she didn't want to run out in the desert. That's a good excuse except that when she first talked about them she said she got them to buy cheaper gas in another state. The prosecution busted her on that one so now she's changed the story a bit. I hope the jury catches how she is constantly changing her story and contradicting herself.
If she doesn't get convicted I just might lose a little faith in our criminal justice system too.

Yes, I actually watched all day yesterday. I had to hear what the jury questions were.
I love the one jury question "Do you know the definition of skank?"
I agree, if she doesn't get convicted, I'm moving to Canada!

That sounds alot like the "Blue Eyed Butcher" from Texas. These crazy gals killing their boyfriends and claiming self defense
