First of all, thanks for the bribes guys, but I’ll let you in on a little secret. Usually your encouragement to continue the story is all the encouragement I need to post previews. You guys are the best. I love reading your comments.

Secondly, I actually do have some previews, but if you read Trey's questions, that about covers it.



So this coming week is going to be a little unusual for me. I may not be able to post a chapter each day, but I will do what I can. We’ve still got a little ways to go in this story and secrets to uncover.

What’s Ahead?

Brady and Belle get John’s help in tracking down the lovebirds in their lovenest. What will John say about all this?

Philip makes a confession.

The lovebirds make the cabin more cozy, in more ways than one.

Chloe still hasn’t told Philip she knows about Brady and Nicole, and that she knows he knew about Brady and Nicole. Things threaten to get dicey.

Philip needs to deal with Belle ... and his friend Shawn.

Who’s baby is it?

Many confessions and confrontations still to come.

THE CABIN, THE NEXT MORNING

Philip was at the kitchen counter drinking a cup of coffee and eating some cereal when Chloe emerged from the bedroom pretty groggy.

Philip: Still not a morning person?
Chloe leaned her elbows on the opposite side of the kitchen counter and shook her head no.
Philip: Coffee?
Chloe nodded and Philip got up and poured her a cup. She sat down and put her hands around the coffee mug.
Chloe: Where did you go?
Philip: What do you mean?
Chloe: When I woke up, you weren’t there.
Philip: That’s because I was here. I’m used to waking up early.
Chloe: Do you have to go to the office?
Philip: Um, no, I have some time off.
Chloe: Good. But don’t do that again.
Philip: Don’t do what again?
Chloe: Don’t get out of bed before me.
Philip laughed.
Philip: What do you want me to do?
Chloe went over to Philip. She sat herself in his lap and leaned her head against his chest.
Chloe: We can’t cuddle if you get up so early.
Philip: Oh, I see. Well, another solution would be for me to wake you up when I wake up. We could cuddle earlier.
Chloe: Not sure I like that idea.
Philip: Or ...
Chloe: Or what?
Philip: I’m wide open. We could cuddle now.
Chloe smiled, got up, took Philip’s hand and led him back to the bedroom.


THE PENTHOUSE

Belle was in her parents’ penthouse apartment, sitting on the sofa with her arms crossed. Her father was at a desk a few feet from where she sat, tapping away at his computer keyboard. She impatiently waited for him to notice her brooding. She sniffled a few times in an attempt to get his attention.

John: You okay, punkin?
Belle: I guess.
He went over to the sofa and sat beside her and stroked her hair.
John: What’s wrong Izzy B? Morning sickness?
Belle shook her head no.
John: You know, your mother and I are ridiculously happy about becoming grandparents.
Belle: You are?
John: That’s a fact. Funny, I always thought Brady would make me a grandfather first.
Belle: I don’t think Brady will be making you a grandfather any time soon.
John: Oh? Why not?
Belle: Because things aren’t right between him and Chloe.
John: Not right? What does that mean?
Belle: It means ... Chloe is cheating on him.
John: What? I don’t believe it.
Belle: It’s true. That’s a fact.
John: Does Brady know?
Belle: Yes.
John: Oh man. My poor son. Does he know who she’s cheating with? Is it someone she works with in Vienna?
Belle shook her head no again.
Belle: It’s someone here in Salem.
John raised an eyebrow.
John: Someone we know?
Belle nodded. She covered her face with her hands and started to cry.
Belle: It’s Philip.
John: Your Philip???
Belle: Oh Daddy, I’m so devastated. What am I going to do?
She buried her face in her father’s chest and he took her into his embrace. His face turned red and he could feel his blood pressure rising.
John: You? You’re going to do nothing. But me? I’m going to kill him. I’m going to kill both of them. My daughterinlaw and soninlaw are cheating on my children -- with each other!
Belle: Oh Daddy, please don’t kill them.
John: What do you want me to do?
Belle: Well ... Philip and Victor returned from Vienna the other day, but Philip didn’t come home. And Chloe is missing. I think they’re together somewhere.
John: What???
Belle: Could you ... could you maybe use your ISA contacts or something to find out where they are?
John: Consider it done.

What a beautiful story kpath. chloe and philip they're in love, that's just great. Oh john I feel bad for you to find out about izzy and brady marriage. I'm sure when john find philip he will beat him up so hard that he might end up in hospital who knows.
