Hi all I haven't been on in a while busy with school and a crazy social life! But I was wondering is Gh getting canceled? I know I'm late on this but I just saw the promo commercial for Kate Couric (however you spell it) premieres September 10! And I was wondering what time slot got. I know before they were talking about her getting GH's time but I thought she got shot down. This makes no sense GH is a really good show it's my fav soap and I really think cancelling it for any show especially Kate Couric is a BIG MISTAKE! Please vote whether or not this show should be cancelled or not.

I don't think so. It could have got canceled, but ABC decided not to cancel it in the spring, but it could have changed. I hope that he show debuts before of after GH. Daytime does not need anymore talk shows in the afternoon. It has too many as it is

GH is not being canceled and in fact it was renewed for another year. It is going to make it to it's 50th anniversary next year. The show is supposed to move into a different time slot in September once Katie Couric takes over the time slot that GH is in right now. GH will be airing 1 hour ahead of what it is airing right now. I really think that this is a bad move to change GH's time slot just so that Katie Couric can have it's time slot. GH has always had the same time slot for as long as I can remember and I hate that it will be airing at the same time as Days is for me. I also hate that it will be competing with Days for ratings in the same time slot. GH is definitely the best soap on the air right now and I really wish that Days would take a hard look at some of the things that GH is doing that make it so good to watch.

Girl you almost gave me a heart attack LOL
GH is my show for life and I have been loving it so much lately...I mean complete cannot fast forward a thing love. I mean I count down til I can watch LOVE.

Whew I am glad to hear that too GH is my fav soap too and I will not see it cancelled for ANYshow especially a boring talk show no offense to any Kate Couric fans but glad it got renewed and yeah it's so hot now! I'm loving it too! The new time doesn't really bother me even though I wish it would stay the same but we'll see thanks for clearing that up for me!
