EJ tells Stefan that he is suing him for defamation for lying about his role in the baby switch. EJ threatens to make public his sleeping with Gabi to make Stefan look foolish. EJ will not file the suit if Stefan signs an affidavit that states that his claims that EJ was part of the baby kidnapping were false. Stefan signs. EJ taunts him by saying that Gabi came to him a second time but he refused her. EJ is sure that Stefan will never get the image of Gabi and EJ out of his head.

EJ really shines when he gets the upper hand. His snarky arrogance is spot on.

I barely understood that back and forth. First EJ isn't sleeping with Gabi (a second time) out of respect for Stefan, then he is threatening to expose their one night together, but I don't think he ever said how it would be exposed. Felt like a filler scene, but yes, I love EJ having the upper hand too.
