Sophia checks on Fiona and asks if the cheesecake is okay. Fiona has decided she only wants the martini. She doesn't want a to-go box because Xander doesn't believe in leftovers. She offers Sophia the cake and suggests she sit with her.
Fiona asks Sophia all about herself. Sophia says she has to go fill out college applications. Fiona asks her if she has a boyfriend or girlfriend. Sophia says no, the guy she likes likes someone else. She complains that Holly is a disaster for Tate and that she could give him real love but he won't see it. Fiona suggests she keep trying and if Tate keeps dilly-dallying, move on.
Later, Sophia sees Tate in the Square. He's upset about the fight with Holly and his dad's condition. She hugs him and says tell me everything.

Interesting scenes with Fiona and Sophia. So she grew up poor and struggling too. I wonder if she married Titus to get away from her own life. He had to be way older than her. I like whenever we get unusual pairings like this. Sophia is a lot more than just a mean girl too. Good writing here.

I don't like either of these characters but I did enjoy these scenes. I felt like Fiona was sincerely trying to give Sofia some sage advice.

Interesting and surprising twist! Never thought these two would ever have any interaction! I agree, enjoyed their scenes!

I found these scenes interesting! Just didn't expect to see these two interact, and it was a nice opportunity to learn more about both of them.
