They are having drinks, but she doesn’t think coming back to work for hm is a good idea. Gabi wouldn’t like it. Stefan tries to convince her that he & Gabi are finished. Since Ava have been through this before with Rafe & Harris, so she is preparing herself to when they get back together again. Stefan says that won’t happen since Gabi was in EJ’s bed again that morning.
EJ walks in and thinks that Stefan invited Ava to his victory celebration. Stefan probably thought EJ would be in jail after he told Pauling about what happened with Nicole’s baby. He thinks this is Stefan’s way of getting revenge but reminds his brother that Gabi was the one who came onto him. Stefan wants to now what happened between them this morning. EJ says nothing, but Stefan tells him Gabi said otherwise as she came downstairs in EJ’s robe. EJ realizes that Gabi lied to Stefan.

Nice gig if you can get it. From waiting tables to sipping on Mimosa's that are light on the "OJ." Not bad Ava.
Stefan has been more tolerable the past couple of days for some reason. Apart from his snitching on EJ.

How nasty of Ava to walk out of the pub in the midst of her shift, despite how lenient and kind Roman's been to her. I have no respect left for her.
And if she's about to be the once and future manager of the Bistro, she wouldn't be sitting around having drinks with the boss. She'd be getting up to speed on operations, personnel, shifts, reservations, and accounting.

Stefan is so very bland. Ava can't light a spark in him. Thankfully EJ can always be counted on to liven up a scene
