Ava tells Stefan that she will not be working for him at The Bistro. She knows that he and Gabi will get back together. Stefan says Gabi can rot in hell. Ava knows that he would be tempted to take her back if Gabi were to apologize.
Gabi calls him but he ignores the call and said she was probably calling to let him know about the mind-blowing sex she is having with EJ. He again tries to talk Ava into returning to The Bistro with him and she finally calls another waitress over to take her tables and she leaves with Stefan.

Flashbacks to Wendy at "work" as Ava spends her shift time blabbing with Stefan. I liked Ava's work apron. Stefan was persuasive. More money, not cash (ha) and responded to Ava calling her job "honestly boring."
Second time she bailed on Roman but he won't mind since it was an act of charity for the most part. Ava yelled out the name of her coworker, perhaps the one we always see, but she never came into view today.

Really nice of Ava to quit mid shift without notifying her boss. Why does he keep being nice to this person who let his dad suffocate to death?
