Connie confesses to Gabi that she stabbed Rafe. Gabi says that Everett attached Rafe. Connie confirms that Bobby asked her to take out Rafe so that he could get back with Jada. Gabi is trying to get her phone out of her pocket and keeps Connie talking. Gabi says she must have killed Bobby as well. Connie admits that she did because Bobby was going to tell what she had done. Gabi wants to know what it was she did, so Connie admits that she killed Li, but then sent Gabi at text from Li’s phone. Connie tells Gabi was stupid to fall for that trap and even more stupid for falling into this one.

Gabi can’t believe that Connie tried to frame her and doesn’t understand why. Connie says that Gabi & Stefan treated Li bady & toyed with his affections. Connie loved Li and they could have been together forever if Gabi hadn’t tricked hm and humiliated him. He could never love again after her. She told him that she could give him the love he needed but Gabi ruined him. Connie tells Gabi she is the one that deserved to die.

Connie tries to stab Gabi, but Gabi dodges her. Connie goes down, Gabi grabs the knife, and runs out with Connie after her.

Roman shows up and knocks on the door, calling Gabi’s name. He walks in and calls out to Gabi. He looks around the room but doesn’t see the bloody fireplace poker behind the door.

Connie catches up with Gabi and takes her down to the secret room where Trask is bound & gagged. Connie tells Trask she has company. Melinda has had her gag removed & wants to know where they are. Connie admits they are in the DiMera secret room. She has decided that since she wasn’t able to kill Gabi earlier, she will kill them together. Melinda wants to know why she didn’t kill her at the apartment. Connie says she would never sully their (Connie & Li’s) love nest with violence. They will be together as soon as Gabi & Melinda are dead.

Melinda tries to convince Connie that Li didn’t want her to kill again. Connie appreciates her concern, but with both of them together, she can kill both of them and there won’t be a mess to clean up. Melinda says the police will find them but Connie says they won’t find anything because the house is about to be incinerated. Melinda is terrified.

Lost scenes anybody. How the hell did Connie, relieved of her kitchen knife (don't get me started on that), end up subduing the younger more athletic Gabi?

And how the hell would Connie have access to the dungeon room?

Forgetting those giant lapses, Days can be so lax in areas (e.g. hospital emergency scenes etc.) I am pissed at Gabi for not being sharp enough to see thru this waste of humanity sooner. Cripes Connie basically had to spell everything out first grade style for Gabi to understand.

Now we have a torture room and poor Trask looks like she has been thru the ringer, which she has of course. If she doesn't suffer from some PTSD after this ( if she survives) I'll be surprised.

But the good news, I think, is this is all coming to a head and I for one am hoping that Carnage Connie is wasted away in spectacular fashion. Like one of those Bond villains meeting their nasty fate.

But I have such little faith in the police and Jada just seems crucially off a half step. Maybe Gabi will end up wasting Norman Bates sister.

Don't know how Connie got access to the dungeon or managed to drag two bodies down there. They showed a bloody knife behind the door to the living room.

I was so hoping old Roman would turn into a hero. Instead, they made him look like a babbling fool.

At least this should be Connie's last stand. Wonder what will become of Cardboard Li?

I do wonder about what appears to be Connie's upcoming demise. I imagine my feelings are in tune with the majority of the Days audience. We all want Connie going down in flames.

But since when has Days delivered the goods on things like this?

I fear this "Horror Show" will somehow elude the authorities and live for another day. And even if she does "disappear" chances are good she will return in all of her inglorious evil.

I think Days has a motto sign in their office that says, "Don't Give the Audience what they Want."
