New establishing shot of the school. Holly is staring at a photo of mourned by very few viewers Dr Dan. Said photo is shoved into the main screen for us so we can stare at him as well and be grateful that he is long dead. Incoming call from Nicole interrupts this.
Holly picks up, tells Nicole she has nothing to say to her, and hangs up. Tate comes by and asks about Nicole’s calls. She tells him that she has nothing to say to her mother, who is protecting the man who drove drunk and killed the father she never met. Tate understands how hard this is for Holly. He thinks she should let Nicole say her piece. Holly says Nicole will just say she did it for her own good, same story Eric span for her. Tate is surprised she spoke to Eric. Holly said Eric claimed he was about to tell her the truth, but he just had to say that since she now knew what he did.
Tate wishes he had kept his mouth shut. Holly tells him it was not his fault. Nicole and Eric should have told her a long time ago. Tate wanted to check on her last night. Holly gets flirty and says she wanted him to call as well. Tate tells her but then his dad came home. Mood Killer. Tate has to break it to her that Brady is not facing charges anymore.
Holly is furious that EJ is dropping the case. Tate says that a confession is not enough since there is zero evidence. Holly is angry that Brady just gets away with what he did.
Holly can’t believe that Brady gets to keep his freedom. Tate wonders if this is more about how mad she is about Eric and that she is taking it out on his dad. Holly asks him not to tell her how she feels. The bell rings for last period. Holly isn’t going to last period. She takes off.
Eric has come by Salem High. He runs into Tate who thinks Eric is there to give him a ride home. Nope sorry Tate, Eric wants to find Holly. Tate says that Holly will not talk to Eric. She is furious with him, with Nicole and now with Tate since she learned of Brady’s release.

Shocked to see Eric wandering around a high school. They just let him in? With all that is going on with HS shootings today.

Loved the “mourned by very few viewers”
I was happy to see Dr Daniel die and even happier when he wasn’t brought up every ten seconds after he died for like a year

Holly is unreasonable to expect Tate to turn on his father or not support him. I don't like when they make characters ridiculous for the sake of the plot.
