Xander tells Maggie he’s ashamed of the things he said about his mother in the past. Maggie points out that he was holding on to a lot of pain. Xander is so glad that Sarah reached out to Fiona. He never would have expected they could rely on her the way they do now. Xander never thought he’d have his Mum back, and just when they needed her the most. Xander reminds Maggie how much he cares about her, too. She’s a splendid Mum and Grandmum, not to mention just a gem of a human being. Justin arrives. Xander says he plans to be at Brady’s arraignment tomorrow. Justin tells him that EJ has decided not to press charges. Brady is a free man. After Xander leaves to see Sarah, Justin remarks that he should probably start sleeping with one eye open. Maggie: I’m sure he’ll calm down. Although, it couldn’t hurt to start locking your door, though. Just in case. They both chuckle as Justin says that’s a good idea. Maggie is still having a hard time believing that Brady hit Sarah and kept going. But Maggie is relieved that Justin got the charges dropped. Justin worries that Brady won’t be able to forgive himself as he was adamant he shouldn’t be released. Maggie has compassion for Brady but worries about Sarah or Xander running into him now that he’s free. Maggie worries it will be nearly impossible to keep the family from imploding. She wishes Victor were here. Justin reminds Maggie that EJ is still looking for evidence, and if he finds it, he will charge Brady. Maggie mentions that Sarah had a hazy flash of memory. She saw someone in the driver’s seat but couldn’t remember who. Not yet.

Later, Maggie is in the Kiriakis living room, alone.
Holly runs home after speaking to Eric. She’s in tears when she enters the living room and runs into Maggie, who asks her what’s wrong.
Maggie is shocked and immediately hugs her granddaughter.

Them laughing about the possibility of Xander killing Justin in his sleep is very black humour. I'd be more worried about Brady. He needs armed security at this point.
The moment where Maggie and Justin looked at Victor and both teared up was very moving.

I loved that moment too where they were both missing Victor.
Holly has to know that Maggie knew the truth too. I guess she won't blame Maggie for not telling her because it wasn't exactly her place to say anything. It took Maggie a very long time to forgive Eric. I'm sure Maggie will counsel Holly to give it time.

The scene with Justin and Maggie hit me too. Mainly because you could see in both their face and eyes, the loss is still real.
During an interview, I heard John Kapelos, who played Konstantine, say that during scenes discussing Victor and the photo of Victor were hard because of the depth of emotions that hit Suzanne Rogers. He said, "You could see Suzanne was missing both John Aniston and her tv husband Victor."
When you work close together for that many years, you become family.
