Kristen knows who stole Brady’s car/Monday (Read 88 times)

Kristen tells Brady that she’s the one who took his car. He asks why. She knows the car that hit Sarah was gray, so she checked the car and saw the front-end damage, remembers Brady was a mess the next morning, and put two and two together. She doesn’t want Rachel having to deal with a father in prison on drunken hit and run charges. She has taken care of the car. She advises Brady to stick to the story and stay calm.

He wants to know how to stay calm when he ran down a member of his own family. She thinks he should go to the hospital to visit Sarah and act like nothing’s wrong.

She reminds him that his daughter needs him and he needs to get sober. She’s here for him and will help him.

Kristen enters the parking garage and sees Marlena. She explains she came by to see Brady. She heard his car got stolen and hopes they find the thief.

First time I've seen Kristen this sincere in ages. I don't think she's helping Brady just for Rachel.

I really liked Kristen today. I mean, she committed yet another crime but her heart was in the right place. And she knows Brady well enough to have sussed out the entire situation, from him falling off the wagon to driving drunk to his car being the one that hit Sarah.

Brady's acting today was good. You could feel his overall bewildered frustration and having to be beholden to Kristen is painful. I liked his "you sound like a greeting card" comment.

Kristen is her usual fashion while trying to "help" couldn't help but be condescending almost relishing the fact she has one over on Brady. And she is barking up the wrong tree anyway but it added some flavor to this storyline.

I like this twist. It's a crazy thing to do and very Kristen, but it's an interesting way of keeping her looped into the story. This actually feels like a real soap story, even if it's not perfect.

I’m guessing this is how Brady and Kristin will get back together
I’m fine with it as I think they deserve each other
