In Chad’s bedroom
Kristen questions whether “Abby” is who she claims to be. She is skeptical. Chad tells her about the DNA test and says she’s depressing him.

In the park
Mark and Faux Abby hug. She fills him in on throwing Chad a bone about her flash of memory. She thanks Mark for altering the DNA test. He says the only thing that will cause a problem is if they want to redo the DNA test.

He wants to talk about next steps. She’s uncomfortable talking about this out in the open. Cue Chad to come by. She claims she was asking this nice man (Mark) for directions. Mark leaves.

Chad thinks if they talk some more it might help get her memory back. He asks what her robe looked like in her memory of getting stabbed. She bristles. He admits his sister put ideas in his head. She angrily asks if he thinks she’s been lying to him and reminds him that he came looking for her, not the other way around. She is doing the best she can to be the wife he remembers but she’d be happy to call off the whole thing now. Chad believes she’s Abigail and apologizes for letting Kristen get in his head. Please don’t leave. She agrees to go home with him.

Sorry, I couldn't help but laugh when Chad told Kristen she's depressing him. Depressed is his natural state.

Chad is truly the new Eeyore Eric.

I liked Kristen today. She is suddenly, and oddly, the voice of reason. I wish we had got an indication of who Fabby really is. I got a sibling vibe from her and Marc. They are definitely not romantically involved.

I liked Chad saying that Kristen is not a nice person. It's true.

Kristen's "devious" detector (it takes one to know one) was on today. And she hasn't even met the beauty yet.

The Dr. Greene involvement has me slightly curious simply because I cannot connect the dots, but they are scheming something and my guess it has to do with money.

A part of me is relieved this woman isn't Abigail albeit with this show you can't bank on anything. She is obviously sick and tired of "acting" in front of boring downbeat Chad. Who wouldn't be. The guy is like a bad cold.

Stupid as this whole thing is, Abigail is at least a decent actor. Also curious to see Kristen's reaction when she lays eyes on this woman who is so good looking.

Not sure about Kristen's outfit today. Made me think of an airline attendant but liked her boots as usual.

I also appreciate that Fabby is a decent actress. I think she had a better connection with EJ than Chad though

Dr. Mark seemed like such a nice guy it is hard to figure why he is in on something so underhanded.

But Kpatch alluded to the possibility of Clyde blackmailing and (or threatening) both fake Abby and Mark which would make this sneaky pair more palatable.

Clyde has a vested interest in destroying the DiMera fortune and while it seems a bit farfetched so does the idea that Mark and fake Abby just popped out of the blue somewhere to grab a big slice of DiMera money.

I initially thought fake Abby was just running with the Clyde Goldman pack but with Dr. Mark along for the ride that seems less plausible. Which is a good thing.
