Holly comes to see Sarah, bringing her donuts and asking how she is. Sarah says she’s worried about Xander. He isn’t handling her paralysis well. Holly says he’s probably just hurting for her. Sarah explains that Xander is angry and frustrated, and she’s concerned he might take it out on the wrong person.
Sarah says Xander is all worked up, thinking the cops aren’t doing enough. Holly agrees that he’s frustrated. Sarah says Xander won’t stop until they find the person responsible, and she hopes he doesn’t get himself locked up. Holly asks if he does this often. Sarah says he’s very protective of her. Holly says she would totally freak if someone did this to the person she loves. Sarah asks, “Oh? And who might that be?”
Dr. Green comes in and wants to check on Sarah. Sarah asks if he has met her niece. He says Holly went to the prom with his brother but left in the middle of the night. Sarah asks why. Dr. Green asks Holly if she wants to explain or if he should. Holly says, “Go for it.” Dr. Green says she only had eyes for Tate.
Holly says she and Tate got busted. Dr. Green mentions he saw some pictures of Aaron at lacrosse camp, but for some reason, the caption said Tate Black. Weird, right?
Back to discussing Sarah's case. Sarah hopes for a miraculous recovery. Dr. Green says if anyone can come back from this, it’s Sarah. Holly says she’s leaving. Dr. Green asks her to ask Aaron to tell the photographer to meet the real Tate.
Xander arrives and meets Dr. Green. Dr. Green says Sarah is his friend as well as his colleague and to call if they have any questions or concerns before leaving. Xander gives Sarah flowers and notices the donuts. He assumes they’re from Dr. Green. Sarah tells him they’re from Holly. She tells him Holly mentioned she would do the same thing for the person she loves, which she assumes is Tate. Xander asks if she’s still pining for him and comments that he doesn’t think it’s a good idea because Tate is Theresa’s son, so he’s bad news.
Sarah comments that people could say the same about Victoria. Xander insists he would never let anyone hurt Victoria. Sarah sarcastically asks if he plans to lock her up in a tower. They kiss, and Maggie walks in, saying that’s what she likes to see.
Xander tells Maggie and Sarah there’s some good news: Jada has a lead on who ran Sarah over.

I liked these scenes, nice to see Holly with Sarah, since Sarah cared for her when she was in a coma. I laughed when Holly asked if Xander goes off on his own getting himself into trouble often. Yep, that's our Xander.
Also laughed at Aaron being tagged as Tate on the camp website. Sarah looked like she was already figuring it out.
Sarah's situation sounds a bit less dire now. Mark and offscreen Kayla now said there is hope of walking again

Return of Dr. Mark and I still can't figure if Aaron is seeking a lacrosse scholarship how does he expect to be recruited if people think he is Tate Black.

It was nice to see Holly visit Sarah and the reminder for the audience of how they're related. Weird and inappropriate for Mark to bring up the prom while checking on a colleague/patient. If an explanation of how Mark knows Holly was necessary, it's simple to say that Holly goes to school with Mark's brother. End of story.
