Fiona, Maggie and Xander wait anxiously for Sarah to come out of surgery. Maggie blames herself for not finding the key and putting Sarah in harm’s way. Xander blames the driver of the car. Kayla comes out with good news. Sarah will make a full recovery but she had some serious injuries which were repaired. Relief all around.
Xander is at Sarah’s side as she wakes. She asks what happened? Xander explains that she was hit by a car.
Maggie is the next to visit Sarah as Xander talks to Jada. She tells him that the city cameras did not pick up anything useful. She hopes the will have better luck with the stores cameras. She does tell him that ghetto car was gray.
Fiona has many flashback of the accident. The important one being a shot of her moving Brady to the driver’s seat.
Jada questions Sarah but the only thing she remembers is the color of the car - gray.
Sarah feels cold. Kayla thinks that is a normal response. Xander covers Sarah with another blanket. She can’t feel his hand on her leg. She can’t feel anything below the waist.
Fiona is relieved to learn form Jada that Sarah has no memory of the driver of the car.

Not what I was hoping for. Possible paralysis of Sarah. Uggh.

Paralysis was inevitable, given Maggie's history of it (Twice). I knew that would be the affliction of choice for maximum drama there.
I loved Sarah telling Xander all she needed was him, and their joking about how Victoria's first word might be 'beer' if she hangs out with either Bonnie OR Fiona.
I noted Fiona's eyes filled with tears when Jada talked about one never knowing why people make the choices they do. She is doing a terrible thing, but she is not evil.
Brady is going to think he did this and confess.

Fiona is as just as evil as Theresa. She is only concerned about being found out. She's willing to let an innocent man hang out to dry, go to prison, live with the guilt. She also left the scene of a crime where her own daughterinlaw was possibly dying. Doesn't matter that she heard Xander's voice. There's nothing lower than leaving an injured human to die, especially when she's the one who caused the injury.

Actually happened to Linsey Godfrey (Sarah) in real life.
