Leo dreams that Dimitri murders Gabi and Stefan in their bed and tells Leo that everything he did, he did for them.
When he wakes up, he calls Dimitri, but Dimitri avoids his call.
Leo goes to the Dimera mansion. When Dimitri answers the door, Leo asks if he's killed Gabi and Stefan. Dimitri tells him to be a little louder next time so the entire household knows his plan. He hasn't killed them yet, but the day is still young.
Leo begs Dimitri not to do this. Conjugal visits are not his thing. Gabi texts again, making Dimitri mutter that she really does need to die.
Leo tells him to let Stefan and Gabi have the shares. He'll still have his inheritance since he married Gwen. How rich does he need to be?
Dimitri assures him he won't lose him. Leo makes him promise he won't kill them, and Dimitri agrees.
Then Gwen pops her head out the door and sees them hugging. She pops back in before they see her and calls out to Kristen that she's leaving so they can hear her. They quickly break apart as Gwen walks out.
Gwen asks what Leo and Dimitri are plotting. Leo claims he came to see Gwen for breakfast. Gwen declines because she has secret errands to do in town. What were Leo and Dimitri talking about? Dimitri says he was consulting Leo about a new surprise for Gwen.
Gwen leaves, and Gabi texts Dimitri again. Leo again makes him promise not to kill Gabi and Stefan. Dimitri kisses him, muttering something in French before leaving.
Leo wonders why Dimitri is suddenly speaking French and why he feels like his entire life is about to go up in smoke.

Later, Leo is back in his room at the Salem Inn when Gwen stops by. She saw his favorite banana cream pie in the window at Sweet Bits and bought it for him. As he's saying she's the best friend a girl could ever have, she hits him in the face with it.

Good to see Leo worried about Dimitri's evil scheme and his dream was partly humorous.
But the very sweet comradery between Leo and Gwen couldn't have been better encapsulated here. Instead of going behind his back plotting some nefarious plot, Gwen, in a very comedic slapstick moment fitting of their fun filled relationship she plastered him with a pie.
Days torching the night sky with a brilliant moment. And it underlines the idea two people can still care about each other even when they have opposite goals.
Gwen was very touching today.
