Xander wants to know how she could pass off his daughter as Rex’s. She tells him they did the same thing to Eric. He says that is different because she didn’t want to complicate Eric’s relationship with Nicole. She lied to him about their daughter to punish him. She claims to have done it to prevent an innocent child from being raised by a killer.
He says he regrets every day his role in Susan’s death but he did it for them. He could bear to fail Sarah. He did what he had to do. She says so did she. Xander tells her that Rex is a liar and adulterer but she insists he has changed. He has learned from his mistakes and regrets hurting people, unlike Xander. They go over his list of crimes and Xander says he would never hurt his own daughter. Sarah does no that, right? Rex emerges from the Pub.
Xander tells Rex that this doesn’t concern him but Rex says that Sarah is his wife. Xander recommends they go on their honeymoon while he gets acquainted with his daughter. Rex stops him from going into the Pub by saying that Xander has not legal to claim to Victoria. Rex is listed as the father and he & Sarah are married. Xander promises that he will fight for his daughter harder than anything he has ever fought for anything. He will be a part of his daughter’s life and there is nothing either of them can do about it.

Xander is a ruffian but there is NO way anybody can prevent him from sharing his life with his daughter. He put Little Miss Perfect Sarah in her place and Rex has to realize shutting out Xander from little Vicky is a terrible idea and won't work anyway.
Something has got to give here and Xander DESERVES being part of his child's life. And you know he would make a good dad at least while she is little.

Everything Sarah said was true. I kind of hate her bringing up Xander's horrible history, many of those things occurred before she even knew him. I'm glad he didn't back down.

I've never cared for Sarah since day one. She wants to be self righteous in so many ways but when Xander's bad boy ways suited her, she was ok with it.
yes Xander has a history and yes it's a rough one, but WHY would you go back to a man who cheated on you?? Rex isn't exactly innocent and neither is Sarah. I was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo glad when Xander brought up her part the Rachel/Mickey fiasco. I'm so glad that Xander held his ground against Sarah and Rex.
