Bo is talking to the uniformed policeman.
Bo: Okay, I want all hands on deck. Call Rafe Hernandez. We need the FBI in on this too.
The uniformed officer leaves the room and Bo turns to Philip.
Bo: How you holding up?
Philip: Same way you would be if this were happening to Hope.
Bo: We’ll find her.
Philip: How?
Bo: Criminals always leave a trail.
 

A FEW HOURS LATER, BO AND RAFE ARE BRIEFING THE GROUP

Bo: We got a break. We got the surveillance video from Ballistix and we know the woman who approached Chloe in the store. She’s a con artist and she confirmed that she was paid to tell Chloe that Philip had been in an accident at a construction site. That’s how they got Chloe to go with them.
Philip: My poor Chloe.
Hope: This Lindsey … the babysitter … she’s the con woman’s daughter.
Rafe: We also got a lead from the Illinois State Penitentiary. It seems Victor had weekly phone privileges. And the last few weeks, he was making calls to Thailand. To …
Rafe looks at Bo and stops talking.
Daniel: To where?
Bo: We’re looking into it.
Philip: What is it you’re not telling us?
Bo: We have some good intell and we’re going to find her. You just take care of your son, and sit tight.
Philip: The hell I will. I want answers and I want them now.
Bo: It’s … pretty sickening.
Brady: You may as well tell us, Bo. The sooner you tell us, the sooner we’ll be able to find Chloe.
Bo: We think she’s been taken to an operation in Bangkok that deals in … women.
Lucas: White slavery?
Bo: Yeah.
Philip looks like he’s going to pass out. He hands Wesley to Hope and runs for the exit. He loses his lunch in the alley behind the police station. Then he starts to cry and forces himself to stop. He goes back inside to the men’s room and splashes his face with water before heading back into the interrogation room.
Lucas: You okay man?
Philip: Let’s go get my wife outta there.

Poor Philip. How horrifying to realize the situation Chloe is in. Go get her Philip! I'm glad that the PD and the FBI were able to figure things out so quickly. Thanks for the second chapter today Kpatch.

Wow. I am all screwed up on my days. For some reason I thought today was Wednesday and I was imagining Bo, Philip, Daniel, Lucas, and Brady all shirtless. Lol. Thanks for the extra chapter!!

It's Shirtless Wednesday!

BANGKOK

Chloe is in the back of a moving truck on the floor with her hands tied in front of her and a gag over her mouth. She looks upwards toward the clear blue sky and, as the tears roll down her face she thinks, Philip, please find me. Please save me before it’s too late.

Chloe falls asleep. She dreams she’s in a jungle wearing a skimpy little jungle outfit as if she were in a Tarzan movie. She’s on the far side of a river and it’s not safe there. She needs to get to the other side where it’s safe. She hears a voice in the distance and looks across the river. She sees at least a half dozen shirtless men: Philip, Lucas, Daniel, Brady, Rafe, and Bo. They are all wearing ammunition belts across their chests, Rambo-style.
Philip: Chloe! We’re here and we’re going to save you. Don’t move.
Chloe: Oh thank god. Please hurry Philip.
Philip: I’m hurrying sweetie. I love you.
He starts thumbing through his little black book.
Bo: Get out of the way. I’ll take care of this.
Bo grabs a vine and uses it to swing across the river to where Chloe is waiting.
Bo: I’m here to save you, ma’am.
Chloe: Thanks anyway, but I’m waiting for my husband.
Brady grabs a vine and swings over to the side of the river where Bo and Chloe are waiting.
Brady: You looking for me?
Chloe: Thanks Brady, but you’re not my husband anymore. Are you?
Daniel swings across to the other side of the river.
Daniel: Hey babe.
He grabs Chloe and French kisses her. She wipes the slobber off her face.
Chloe: We’re not married anymore either. Are we?
Lucas swings across the river next and joins the others.
Chloe: Well I know we’re not married anymore. Where’s Philip?
Lucas: He’s hung up.
Next, Rafe swings across the river on the last vine.
Rafe: I’m in charge. Now follow me.
Chloe: No, this isn’t right. Philip is supposed to save me. [She yells across the river.] Hey Philip, what’s the hold-up?
On the other side of the river, Philip’s cell phone rings.
Philip: Sorry, I have to take this. Could be important.
Chloe: Oh for Pete’s sake. Just give me that.
Chloe grabs the vine Rafe swung in on.
Chloe: If the mountain won’t come to Mahatma.
Lucas: That’s Mohammed.
Chloe: Whatever.
She lets out a Tarzan yell and swings over to the side of the river that Philip is on.

The truck hits a bump in the road and Chloe wakes up. She realizes the chances of Philip saving her are very slim. He thinks she left him, so he won’t even be looking for her. No one will be looking for her. It’s hopeless. Or is it? Think Chloe think. The wheels start turning as she tells herself to stop being a victim. She’s smart and independent and she doesn’t need to wait for a man to come to her rescue. Think Chloe think. Chloe shifts positions and feels something dig into her hip. She wonders what it is and then remembers it’s the Swiss Army knife that Philip said she should never leave home without. She sees the guard has fallen asleep and decides now is her chance.

She’s grateful that she took gymnastics in high school because she is able to contort her body and reach the tool in her pocket. She turns a bit so her back is facing the guard and he can’t see what she’s doing in case he wakes up. She takes the knife and starts sawing away at the rope holding her hands together.

Love Chloe's dream! LOL at her saying to Lucas I know we're not married anymore. Philip has his little black book in hand that Kate and Victor mentioned to her over the phone. I love Chloe taking charge of her own situation in the truck as well as her dream. Good luck Chloe!! Hurry up Philip.
